Currently I accept the Oregon Health Plan, otherwise known as OHP, Care Oregon, or Medicaid. I am also looking into paneling with several insurance companies. If you have another insurance plan besides OHP, please see my answer below

There isn't a yes-or-no answer to this question. My suggestion would be to advocate for yourself by contacting your insurance company and asking them what their policies are for billing for out-of-network licensed therapists. I would need to charge up front. I can then provide "superbills", which is a form you can submit to your own insurance company for reimbursement. Each insurance company has different policies. Some will pay all, some will pay part, some won't pay.
